AWFS 2019 – 7 days to go

Innovation begins here

Only a week to go to feature the largest woodworking gathering at North America. Visitors at AWFS 2019 will once again experience the range of innovations for four days. With the Industry 4.0 in the corner, the manufacturers are gearing up to showcase new concepts and features in the machines and production unit that heavily influence the future of manufacturing at AWFS. Companies such as the SCM Smart &Human Factory, while not limited to Artificial Intelligence; Augmented and Virtual Reality; Robotics; 3D Printing; Cloud Computing; Internet of Things (IOT) and Internet of Services (IOS). In addition to the above at AWFS, Industry 4.0 educational sessions will be featured as part of the College of Woodworking Knowledge® (CWWK®) which will address specific 4.0 topics.

This 2019 the show is expected to be better than ever. The show, where every wood working professional and industry expert participate to grow and share knowledge as well as display their latest innovations and technologies on wood. AWFS is a platform where exhibitors come together to expand their business and indulge into business oriented interaction. This year the organizers expect that the event will be packed up with latest and fastest and technically advanced equipments and machinery. The AWFS’s Las Vegas Convention Center will soon turn into a leading international platform where exhibitors will feature the entire Home and Commercial Furnishing Industry, including the manufacturers and distributors of machinery, hardware and lumber, construction, materials and other suppliers to furniture, cabinet manufacturers and custom woodworkers and more.

AWFS, is therefore gearing up to feature North America’s largest gathering of woodworking equipment and technology and display the largest selection of hardware, tooling, power tools, lumber, panel, manufacturing software, components and construction materials. The four-day event is expected to showcase an array of supplies of furniture, cabinet, millwork manufacturers and custom woodworking shops. 

At the fair ground companies like, the SCM group will display the various facets of user-friendly “Smart & Human Factory”. They will also showcase the new NeXting CNC machining center, the morbidelli x200. CNC Factory on the other hand will exhibit ways of using the latest robotic technology, fully customizable Python XPR. Companies like  ShopBot Tools will feature their innovation to achieve perfect cut through CNC routers and Desktop Max.

Renowned CNC makers the Felder Group is gearing up to display their new H80 CNC machine at booth #8625, while software specialist Microvellum is gearing up to showcase a host of innovations for improving business through indulgence of new products, equipment and tools. Blum Easystick will be at the fair ground to exhibit ways of simplifying the drilling process and saving time in the woodworking sector.

Cefla and Venjakob will add new dimension to the show with new products like Prima, the one-arm oscillating spray machine and VEN SPRAY SMART to improve finishing technology.

The AWFS Fair thus, brings together the entire home and commercial furnishings industry, including manufacturers and distributors of machinery, hardware, plastics, lumber, construction materials and other suppliers to the furniture, cabinet manufacturers and custom woodworkers.
