Eumabois, the European Federation that gathers the national associations representing the woodworking technology industry, has published the exhibition network for next year.
The calendar is a valuable tool for exhibitors and visitors to plan their promotion activities.
Exhibitions are included in the network after accurate quantity and quality evaluations, in the interest of all stakeholders.
Eumabois has always tried to support the exhibition that best represents the market where it is located: this approach will be pursued with stronger and stronger determination and attention, representing the “flower in the buttonhole” of future activity by the Federation.
Let’s take a look at 2015, an important year with quite a few events not to be missed. Ligna, first of all, will be held from 11 to 15 May in Hannover, reaffirming its role of global leader in odd-numbered years, taking turns with Milan (the reference event in even-numbered years).
In the first three months, three non-European exhibitions are planned: Expopromueble in Mexico, Delhiwood in India and Fimma in Brazil. The lineup of the first half is completed by Ligna, Woodshow in Dubai and Fitecma in Buenos Aires.
The second half will be more “European” with a dense agenda in the autumn months. Wood and BioEnergy in Finland and Lisderevmash in Ukraine are scheduled in September. October will see a high concentration of industry exhibitions, with four shows supported by Eumabois: Poznan and Istanbul will host Drema and Wood Processing respectively, while Vietnamwood and Wood-Tec will take place in Ho Chi Minh and Brno respectively.
The annual calendar will close with the traditional Russian date at Woodex in Moscow.
“The year 2015 is very exciting from an exhibition standpoint,” said Ambrogio Delachi, President of the European Federation. “There will be many interesting events, where leading wood technology manufacturers will have the opportunity to present their new solutions to a large audience”.
