Microtec showcases Goldeneye Plus at IHLA Convention

microtecAt IHLA Convention, Indianapolis Microtec showcased the world’s first Automated Hardwood Grader Goldeneye Plus by Microtec. The convention was held from February 6 to 8, 2018 at Mariott Downtown Indianapolis.

 

Microtec invited visitors to discover their latest high-tech scanning and optimization solutions for hardwood lumber grading according to internationally recognized NHLA grading standards. Visitors were able to see their innovation at booth #206 at the IHLA Convention and had conversations with their qualified and experienced staff about customers’ individual requirements.

 

Their highlights

Microtec has carried out a proof of concept for this new automated grading system with one of its clients in the United States.

 

Goldeneye 600 for hardwood grading in lineal feed and Goldeneye 900 in transversal feed. This scanning system provides fast, accurate and constant grading and sorting of hardwood lumber and therefore increases production yield.
