Microvellum to enlarge their Service and Support Team

Microvellum_customer-serviceThe new team member of Micovellum Inc., the leading cabinet and manufacturing software provider, is going to bring a wide-variety of skill-sets to its Global Support and Service Team.

 

“We’ve seen a major up-tick in the amount of companies choosing our solution for their design and manufacturing needs as well as a large number of existing customers choosing to upgrade their software this year.” says David Fairbanks, Director of Operations for Microvellum, Inc. “To keep up with demands, we’ve had to add three additional people to our support and service team. By the end of the year, we anticipate bringing on an additional two people to help with Account Management and Product Library Development.” concluded Fairbanks.

 

Lucas Marquez, a Technical Support Agent based out of Central Point Oregon, has experience ranging from software technical support, project management and computer science. His strong customer relation skills and attention to details make him a valuable asset to the team.

 

Mel Swartz, a former Certified Microvellum Technician based out of Florida, has extensive knowledge of woodworking software applications, cabinet construction, engineering and project management. As a former traveling technician for Microvellum, Mel has a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.

 

Microvellum continues to push forward, expanding their footprint in the woodworking market and building successful in the relationships with its clients through dedicated customer service and support.
