Montreal Wood Convention Gets Set for 2015 Show

Montreal Wood ConventionWith more than 3,000 exhibitors from 50 countries participating Montreal Wood Convention to be held from February 17 to February 19, 2015, the exhibition will be even more important than in 2014.

 
The organizing committee includes members of the Quebec Wood Expert Bureau (QWEB), the Quebec Forest Industry Council (QFIC), the Maritime Lumber Bureau (MLB), the Ontario Forest Industry Association (OFIA), and the Ontario Wood Product Association is pleased with the results of Montreal Wood Convention 2014. The convention was surrounding success with over 700 participants from North America and Overseas and a trade fair over 70 exhibitors. The new format of the event in 2015, with conferences by renowned speakers in the morning and the exhibit hall in the afternoon, has been appreciated by the lumber industry.
Considered as being one of the leading events for establishing lasting business relations, the Montreal Wood Convention made it possible to renew ties with clients and generate business contacts that are vital for creating and maintaining alliances between buyers, lumber manufacturers and service providers.
The Montreal Wood Convention 2015 event have following important purposes: Promote exchange between Canadian companies and others, Give companies the opportunity to make new business contacts, Increase participants’ knowledge of the North America market, and Introduce Canadian companies to overseas customers. Support for the show comes from right across European Wood Industry; the fair will be definitely in a great demand of course.
The show’s targeted audience are mainly North American buyers (manufacturers, re-manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, builders, retailers), Overseas buyers (importer’s, distributor’s, agents and manufacturers), Lumber producers, Regional and National development Officers, Equipment or Service Suppliers for the wood product industry.

 
The following programs are enlisted and divided in two different days. Industrial visits for overseas participants on February 17, Industry Conferences, Match making sessions with overseas participants (under registration only), Lunch with keynote speaker, Trade Show, Networking reception will be held on February 18.

 
Executive tech seminar, Conferences in collaboration with the third Canadian Wood Pellet Heating Conferences, Lunch and Trade show will be held at February 19.
