Woodworking Industry Conference call off it’s 2020 edition

 Thursday, March 26, 2020

All aspects of public life are being hampered and affected by the COVID-19. A bunch of important shows in woodworking industry worldwide has been cancelled due to this pandemic. Now, 2020 Woodworking Industry Conference has also been cancelled scheduled from May 5 to 8 at Wild Dunes Resort Isle of Palms. The boards of WMIA and WMMA have jointly decided and executed the decision.

“This wasn’t a decision made in haste, but in light of the concerns and uncertainties related to the coronavirus, and the restrictions currently being imposed on large gatherings and, in some cases, travel, this was the best decision,” the associations said in a statement.

Wild Dunes Resort will cancel all hotel reservations made within the WIC room block within the next 24 to 48 hours, so attendees will not have to take care of that themselves.
