UCS Forest Group promotes Nancee Gelineau to the expanded role of Chief Human Resource and Administrative Officer. In 2018 Nancee became the Chief Human Resource Officer at UCS Forest Group. She has 25 years of significant leadership experience in human resources and is an innovator, educator, and renowned leader. Nancee has had important HR leadership positions with IKEA Canada, Tyco Security Products, and Johnson Controls. Her genuine passion is empowering people to achieve their full potential while collaborating with business executives to impact financial performance.

In this broadened role, Nancee will oversee the administrative operations of the organization, while continuing her important work, leading the Human Resource function for UCS. Nancee is a Certified Human Resources Executive and Executive Coach, holds CHRP, CHRL and CHRE designations and is a Member of the International Coach Federation.
Nancee’s passion as a Coach and HR expert is to help individuals succeed and accomplish their objectives. Throughout her career, she has had the chance to manage some incredible teams and people, which is both her greatest accomplishment and honor. Nancee has experience in many facets of human resources as well as numerous businesses. She plans to build strong relationships with executives and operate as a transformator, a cultivator, and an activator, resulting in favorable outcomes for both the business and the people.
