Jowat do Brasil will use ForMóbile 2026 to put adhesive performance at the centre of the furniture and wood manufacturing conversation.

The company will exhibit at booth C100 at São Paulo Expo from June 30 to July 3, 2026. The showcase will focus on adhesive systems for profile wrapping, PUR processing, edgebanding, and equipment cleaning. For furniture producers, millwork shops, panel processors and industrial wood manufacturers, the message is direct. Better bonding is now tied to better speed, cleaner production and stronger finished quality.

ForMóbile remains one of the most important meeting points for Latin America’s furniture and wood supply chain. It brings machinery, materials, hardware, design and industrial technology under one roof. Jowat’s presence fits that wider production agenda, especially as manufacturers look for more reliable bonding systems for premium furniture fronts, wrapped profiles and high-demand interior components.

Zero Bondline Technology Supports Premium Furniture Finishes

One of the key themes for Jowat do Brasil will be the demand for zero bondline aesthetics. This has become more important as furniture producers serve customers who expect smooth, modern surfaces with very little visible glue line.

Jowat will highlight two established polyolefin hot melt adhesives. Jowatherm® PO 237.50 is designed for fast industrial processing. Its filler-free formulation supports high initial strength and a clean bond appearance. That makes it relevant for producers working with premium fronts, darker decors and high-gloss finishes.

Jowatherm® PO 221.00 will also be featured. This product is aimed at users that need lower processing temperatures or operate slower edgebanding machines. That gives smaller shops and specialised production lines a practical route to high-quality bonding without forcing a major equipment change.

Both products offer improved heat resistance. This is a major factor for kitchen furniture and other demanding applications where surfaces may face temperature stress, moisture and heavy daily use.

PUR Profile Wrapping Answers Modern Production Demands

Jowat will also present Jowatherm® PUR 605.65, a PUR hot melt adhesive for profile wrapping. PUR technology has gained strong attention because it supports durable bonds and works across a wide range of decorative materials.

The adhesive is suited for thermoplastic PVC foils, decor papers and fleece-backed wrapping veneers. Its hot tack, long open time and broad processing window make it useful for manufacturers handling different profile geometries and surface materials.

This flexibility matters in modern furniture and interior production. Product runs are often shorter. Designs change faster. Customers expect consistent finish quality across complex components. A dependable PUR adhesive can help manufacturers keep production moving while maintaining the surface quality demanded by today’s market.

Cleaner Maintenance Becomes a Productivity Issue

Jowat will also introduce Jowat® 930.54, a gel-like cleaner for melting systems used with PUR hot melt adhesives. This product is designed to combine flushing and cleaning in one process.

For manufacturers, cleaning is not a side issue. It affects uptime, machine reliability and adhesive quality. PUR residues can create problems if equipment is not maintained correctly. Jowat® 930.54 is designed to remove residues and slightly cured adhesive remnants without leaving an oily surface behind.

The cleaner can be used at temperatures from 100°C to 140°C. It is compatible with common tank and bag melters. It will be supplied in 1.5 kg slug form and in 160 g cubes for edgebanding machines. This gives operators better control over dosage and reduces waste during cleaning.

Jowat will also present Jowat® 930.27 for applicator roller cleaning. The product is compatible with different surface coatings and is not classified as a hazardous substance. For processors, the reported benefits include better cleaning performance, lower odour and shorter cleaning time.

A Practical Showcase for Latin American Manufacturers

Jowat do Brasil’s ForMóbile 2026 lineup is built around practical shop-floor priorities. It addresses finish quality, process speed, heat resistance, profile wrapping versatility and maintenance efficiency.

For furniture and wood manufacturers, these are not small details. They affect margins. They affect rework. They affect customer satisfaction. At São Paulo Expo, Jowat will present adhesive systems that support both industrial-scale producers and smaller operations looking to upgrade quality without adding unnecessary complexity.

The company’s booth C100 will give visitors a focused look at how adhesive choice can strengthen production performance across edgebanding, wrapping and PUR processing.
