Madison Wood Preservers, widely popular as Madwood has recently appointed Finny Akers. He has joined the team as Central Territory Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for sales, building brands, and world-class customer experience. Born and raised in Washington, DC, Finny spent his summers in the lakes and woods of Alabama, honing his love for the outdoors and fitness. He has worn many hats throughout his career, from VP of Retail to Sales & Service in both the fitness and tech industries.
In addition to his extensive professional background, Finny and his wife recently celebrated the birth of their twin daughters in December. Looking ahead, Finny is planning to relocate his family to southern Virginia, where he will join our inside sales team for the long term.
Finny is overjoyed to be joining a company that shares his passion and dedication to excellence in both employee and customer relations. His commitment to honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic align directly with the core values of Madison Wood.
