Microvellum Enlarges their Customer Service in Australia

Support copyMicrovellum, the leading cabinet and manufacturing software provider, announced the expansion of their global customer service and support team, with the addition of Scott Hawksworth, based out of Queensland, Australia.

 

Hawksworth, a twenty-nine year veteran in the woodworking industry, has acquired an extensive set of skills that make him well suited for supporting users of Microvellum Software. His technical experience ranges from CNC programming, drafting, project estimation, to building site construction, installation, and management. As a Master Craftsman Cabinet Maker and member of the Woodworkers Guild of Australia, Hawksworth takes pride in his work and his accomplishments. He has an eye for detail and has demonstrated the ability to critically analyze and troubleshoot complicated issues.

 

“With my background in production management, machining, joinery installation, and setting out using nearly every software available, including Microvellum, I am well verse in using software to drive production to its best capacity. I’m looking forward to advancing my career with Microvellum and having the opportunity to work with customers from around the world.” said Hawksworth.

 

Hawksworth officially joined Microvellum’s Global Support Team on July 6, and is currently in the process of completing Microvellum’s on-boarding and support certification at their headquarters in Central Point, Oregon, USA.
