Alvic USA

Alvic USA has further improved its domestic production capabilities with the addition of new press plates. A company that has won awards for producing cabinet doors and panels for residential and commercial projects, this new initiative will allow it to produce the entire Syncron line- promoted for 2023, at its facility in central Florida.

The whole production of four Syncron design collections—Nocce, Anniversary Oak, Como Ash, and Woodline—will now take place in the USA. More than a dozen Syncron colors will be fully produced in the USA thanks to an investment in several press plates that weigh close to a tonne each.

Additional machinery investment plans for 2023

“We know the importance of investing in in-house manufacturing capabilities to bring efficiency and supply reliability to our customers, as we consider the lead time and cost associated with imports,” says Kevin McDonald, Vice President of Sales. “We will continue to invest money and space in bringing more of our offerings to the USA. Everything that we can produce here – we will.”

With weight and pressure, deep, tactile texture is imprinted onto a variety of over 30 woodgrain and abstract designs, producing the highly sought-after Syncron woodgrain designs. Alvic USA will be able to regularly maintain in-stock lead times at 7–10 days by investing in these plates, which will do away with the uncertainty of imported goods. An increase in US manufacturing lowers supply chain costs and benefits a wide range of clients, from clients with huge projects to highly organized programmes that rely on easily available in-stock commodities.

Alvic USA’s dedication to its North American customers has continued with recent press plate improvements. The business opened a shipping hub in Las Vegas, Nevada, earlier in 2022, giving clients around the nation more access to its products. To continue achieving the full USA panel and component production goal, additional machinery investment plans are also planned for the first quarter of 2023.
