Andersen Corporation’s full-service window replacement section of Renewal by Andersen, proposes to invest more than $420 million in a new production and logistics facility in Henry County, Georgia. With a range of window and door products for clients in the new residential, light commercial, home renovation, and remodeling segments, the company and its subsidiaries operate out of more than 20 manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout North America. For consumers across the United States, the Renewal by Andersen division manufactures, distributes, and installs a unique replacement window solution. This new investment is also expected to create 900 new employment opportunities for the region.
The building will join an Logistics distribution center of the company in Douglasville and its Windows and Doors office in Marietta as the company’s first manufacturing site in Georgia. Renewal by Andersen will be supported initially by the facility, which will have the capacity to grow in the coming years to accommodate more Andersen-enterprise product lines. The plant will start to be built in 2023, and operations are anticipated to start in 2025.
