How was the response at Xylexpo 2012?
Andrea Novello: Xylexpo 2012 was not so good as it has lost its importance due to the internal division between some important Italian manufacturers and Acimall. Anyway, generally exhibitions have lost part of their importance in the last years.
Tell us about the Latest technology offered by you.
Andrea Novello: Our company is more specialized in solid wood. In the last year we have not seen many progress in this sector.
How is Caselli Group faring in the markets of Asia, Europe and Middle East?
Andrea Novello: Europe is generally very slow, except some countries in the east side. Asia is still a dynamic market where the customers start to ask machines with a higher level of technology. Middle east is not so important for us.
What would be your marketing strategy for the coming year?
Andrea Novello: We will invest on internet and will try to attract more visitors to visit our website. So, more advertisement on specialized magazines and portals.
What are your expectations from LIGNA this year?
Andrea Novello: We do not have much expectations of it. Anyway, we still can consider it as the most important exhibition in the world and we will try to be there to meet some of our customers. Anyway, our investment on it will be smaller than in the past.
