ASC unveils key changes to Board of Directors and Leadership Team

The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) has announced changes to its Executive Committee and Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. As part of the updates, the Board has elected Kim Meidl, Vice President of Sales & Resins at Teckrez, Inc., to the Executive Committee, where she will serve a two-year term.

Re-elected to the Board serving a three-year term are:

• Forest Driggs, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Franklin International
• Lindsey Kaltenbacher, Senior Sales Director, Kraton Corporation
• Jeff Lamb, President, STI Polymer
• SuAnne Piatti Norris, Key Customer Executive, Dow
• Kim Meidl, Vice President of Sales & Resins, Teckrez, Inc.

Newly-elected directors serving unfinished terms are:

• Massimo DeSantis, Vice President & General Manager, ITW Performance Polymers
• Mark Ericson, Vice President, Supply Chain, Meridian Adhesives Group
• Rachel Gibbons, Global Vice President, H.B. Fuller
• Brian Long, Head of Sales & Market Development, Thermoplastic Polyurethanes, Covestro
• Jeff Ogren, Business Director, Flexible Packaging, Bostik

“The Adhesive and Sealant Council is fortunate to be led by well-accomplished industry leaders who advance the interests of the membership forward” said ASC President Bill Allmond.

“ASC is well positioned for success this year, as we execute a new, three-year strategic plan designed to strengthen the competitive position of ASC’s members” he said. “I look forward to working alongside ASC’s newly elected directors as we grow ASC’s value and impact to our membership.” Bill added further.

The Board has elected Corbett Wallace, Corporate Vice President of Packaging & Consumer Goods Adhesives at Henkel Corporation, as Board Chair, effective through December 31, 2027, following a vacancy in mid-2025. Additionally, Scott Buss, Global Business Development Leader at 3M, has been appointed Board Treasurer through December 31, 2027, succeeding Corbett Wallace upon his appointment as Board Chair.

ASC’s Board includes 21 directors representing manufacturers and suppliers in North America.
