Biesse T-Jet selected as the winner of IWF 2022 Challengers Award from among a pool of 86 entries. Biesse America, one of the largest exhibitors at IWF 2022, received IWF 2022 Challengers Award recently for their T-Jet: Dust Mitigation System. It was just the day before the IWF 2022 kicked off on August 22, 20 finalists gave live performances for the judges’ to review. It is there that the judging panel chose Biesse’s T-Jet System from a pool of 86 entries, the company won a prestigious berth among the 20 finalists for the IWF Challengers Distinguished Achievement Award competition.
At the show, this year Biesse America showcased various advancements to the American woodworking industry. These include the complete management of production task orders, starting with the generating stage and continuing through scheduling and the start-up of production with Smart connection. The brand-new B SOLID 4.0 software was also available; it is a user-friendly software solution that all operators may use without the requirement for specialized IT skills. Additionally, Biesse provided IWF 2022 solutions for labor shortages in factory jobs that call for a human touch while automating those that don’t.
In partnership with IWF exhibitor Automatech Robotik, Biesse demonstrated how effective use of robots can improve production quality and consistency, which lowers labor costs, boosts productivity, and enhances safety at IWF 2022. Biesse also invited guests to its Charlotte Campus for follow-up in the weeks following IWF 2022, where a brand-new, state-of-the-art business center of 10,000 square feet was added last year, bringing the total area footage to 77,000 square feet.
Biesse is a company specialising in the woodworking segment, known to design, manufacture and market a wide range of technology and solutions for woodworking carpentry, joiners and wood building manufacturers.
