Big Grass Living the largest provider of sustainable home furnishings and garden décor in Texas, won the “Outdoor Lifestyle Store” award at the international ARTS Award gala at Dallas Market Center last weekend.
“This award honors Big Grass as a destination oasis for inspired, stylish, eco-friendly living,” said John Hanesworth, who owns Big Grass with his wife, Duang. “We are proud of our evolution into a nationally recognized business that helps customers reimagine and reconfigure both their indoor and outdoor spaces.” He added.
Working closely with its artisan producers, Big Grass has created and grown several branded home and garden product lines for which it is the U.S source. The Big grass design aesthetic extends indoor ambiance into outdoor spaces. Big Grass furnishings, lighting and other décor pieces are handmade from natural or recycled material, lending themselves to both indoor and outdoor rooms.
Big Grass integrates sustainable business practices into other parts of its business, including using recycled packaging, optimizing shipping space to reduce carbon footprint, and engaging in community water conservation efforts.
