Boise Cascade Company (NYSE: BCC) has announced two senior leadership promotions aimed at reinforcing its long-term growth strategy and commitment to internal talent development. The appointments took effect on January 19, 2026.
Dennis Fringuelli has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Building Materials Distribution (BMD) division, while Jeff Dracup has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Company’s Engineered Wood Products (EWP) business. Both leaders bring decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of Boise Cascade’s operations, customers, and strategic priorities.
Fringuelli’s career in the building materials sector spans more than three decades. He joined Boise Cascade in 1999 following the company’s acquisition of Furman Lumber, where he previously worked. Since then, he has progressed through a range of increasingly senior roles, including national account management and BMD sales leadership. Most recently, he served as director of BMD sales and marketing, where he played a key role in aligning sales strategies with evolving customer and market needs. Fringuelli holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Dracup joined Boise Cascade in 2004, beginning his career at the company’s BMD facility in Phoenix, Arizona. His early roles in sales and product management led to a promotion as national account manager, followed by several senior sales and marketing positions. He later transitioned to Boise Cascade’s Wood Products division, where he served as sales manager for the EWP Western Region. Prior to his latest promotion, Dracup was director of EWP sales and marketing. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in business administration, from the University of Arizona.
Boise Cascade leadership highlighted the importance of succession planning and internal development in announcing the promotions. The company noted that both executives have demonstrated strong performance, effective team leadership, and a consistent commitment to company values.
With these appointments, Boise Cascade aims to maintain continuity across its core business segments while positioning itself to respond to changing market dynamics in construction, distribution, and engineered wood products. The promotions underscore the company’s focus on long-term stability, customer relationships, and strategic growth within the building materials industry.
