On December 7, the official inauguration took place at the Cabinetworks’s headquarters in Livonia, Michigan. Local politicians and the groups’ leaderships took the responsibility of the ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official grand opening of the company’s new establishment. Workers have been on site for two months in the 90,000-sq. ft. facility that replaced an aging facility in Ann Arbor.
Cabinetworks’s headquarters are designed aesthetically. The main common area, known as ‘Downtown,’ includes three highly functional and beautiful display kitchens in which employees and visitors can interact with and learn about the company’s products. The building also incorporates the latest technology to facilitate teamwork and collaboration across Cabinetworks Group’s network of operations, which includes 18 manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.
Moreover, the workstations are designed in a modern way so that over 200 corporate employees can easily accustomed and freely work. Not only that, the headquarters will work as a hub from which the company will lead its more than 8,000 employees nationwide. The building, which previously had been a healthcare facility, received significant renovation and improvements to modernize the space and incorporate amenities for employees, including a fitness center and yoga room, a café, grab-and-go food service, and a training center for employee meetings and customer events.
