A traditional cabinet maker company, which has an excess of 750,000 sq ft of modern manufacturing space, state of the art design and manufacturing equipment – Bertch Cabinets is going to take all of their 800 employees for a free Carribean trip on January 8.
The company announced the trip on its Facebook page. The trip was a reward for all the employees from their Boss. It was an incentive offer basically after they witnessed a successful year of profits and targets.
“We leave January 8,” company president Gary Bertch told the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier. “We’ve got four charter aircraft that will be flying directly to Miami Sunday and staying at a nice five-star hotel. Then on Monday, we’ll bus over from the hotel to the port and load up on the ship.” Gary added further.
