Con-Vey appoints Travis Pritchett as new Operations Manager
Con-Vey is excited to announce the promotion of Travis Pritchett to Operations Manager, effective February 1, 2025. Since joining the company in 2012 as Production Manager and advancing to Plant Manager in 2014, Travis has played a vital role in Con-Vey’s success. This newly established position highlights the company’s ongoing growth and expanding operational scope.
“Travis has been an outstanding leader for Con-Vey LLC and continues to grow and challenge himself and his team,” said Dave Larecy, CEO & President of Con-Vey. “As we expand our facilities and our workforce, his expertise and dedication will be critical in positioning us for future success.” Dave added further.
As Operations Manager, Travis will oversee all aspects of Con-Vey’s manufacturing processes, including fabrication, assembly, paint, machine shop, and electrical shop. In addition, he will manage supply chain operations, inventory control, planning, scheduling, supervision, shipping, receiving, maintenance, human resources, and training. His leadership will play a vital role in expanding Con-Vey’s production capabilities, including the launch of a second facility.
Travis expressed enthusiasm for the opportunities ahead, stating, “I’m excited to step into this role and gain a broader perspective on the business. With Con-Vey expanding, this position allows me to take on new challenges, particularly in getting a second facility up and running. But this promotion isn’t just about my growth—it’s a reflection of the incredible team around me. Their talent and dedication have made it possible for me to take on more, and I’m looking forward to what we can accomplish together.”
Beyond his contributions to Con-Vey’s manufacturing operations, Travis is a strong advocate for skilled trades and workforce development in Douglas County. He has been instrumental in engaging students, teachers, and community members to promote careers in manufacturing. He served on the Douglas, Coos, and Curry County Apprenticeship Board, leads school tours of Con-Vey’s facilities, and mentors students through shop class projects and career readiness programs, helping to develop the next generation of skilled workers.
