Mikesell comes to Cabinetworks from Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, where she served as the Global Vice President of Marketing and Design. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Mikesell has a proven track record of scaling growth through multi-brand strategies and managing complex product portfolios. Her career has seen her in various senior roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Before joining Wilsonart in 2019, she was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at PGT Innovations, where she led transformative changes to marketing, design, and engineering functions.
