Doucet Machineries brings stacker/destacker with articulated arm

The Gantryx stacker/destacker from Doucet Machineries features an articulated arm with a vacuum grip, automating panel handling at the infeed and outfeed of a moulder or sander. Equipped with a 3-axis vacuum grip manipulator, it ensures careful handling of panels while achieving a high cycle rate. The manipulator moves vertically and horizontally to efficiently unstack material from the pallet or stacking zone.

In addition to its horizontal and vertical movements, the Gantryx stacker/destacker includes a rotational axis to properly orient the material for its next pass through the moulder or sander. It offers a 40″ vertical and 120″ horizontal stroke, with rotation capabilities ranging from -90 to +180 degrees. Before feeding, the operator selects the production type, and based on the chosen production pattern, the Gantryx performs the corresponding operation in the sequence.
