Doucet Machineries showcased their best innovations at IWF 2024

Doucet Machineries is happy to declare that they have collected amazing responses and appreciations over their showcased products at this year’s IWF Atlanta 2024 edition. Doucet Machineries witnessed a great edition of IWF as well!

They had a blast again sharing their knowledge and passion towards their industry and they truly appreciate meeting all of the exhibitors and business persons.

GANTRYX STACKER/DESTACKER

The GANTRYX, an articulated arm with vacuum grip, automates the handling of the panels at the infeed and outfeed of one’s moulder or sander. It allows automatic stacking and unstacking in the areas provided for this purpose.

Characteristics & Operation

A 3-axis vacuum grip manipulator paired to handle the panels with care while maintaining a high cycle rate. The manipulator by its translation in vertical and horizontal unstack the material from the palet or the stacking zone.

In addition to all these movement actions from one area to another, there is an axis of rotation to orient the material for their next passage through the moulder or sander.

Before feeding, the operator chooses the type of production. Depending on the pattern of production, GANTRYX performs the operation planned at this stage in the sequence.

• Vacuum grip manipulator.
• 40” vertical and 120” horizontal translation or stroke or movement.
• Rotation from minus 90 to plus 180 degrees.

RDM-MITER-ROTARY MITER DOOR CLAMP

Door Master Model RDM-M is a five section Rotary Door Clamp for Miter Doors (45°) & Cope and Stick Doors (90°). The RDM-M is designed for quick and accurate assembling, clamping and squaring of your cabinet doors.

Five section Door Master for Miter Doors & Cope and Stick Doors (90°) is available in two models:

• RDM-MITER: suitable for assembly of large pantry doors up to 30″ x 72″ down to drawer fronts 5 ½” x 12 ½”. Standard model has four clamps per section.
• RDM2-MITER: suitable for double door assembly up to 30″ x 48″ down to drawer fronts 5 ½” x 12 ½”. Standard model has eight clamps per section.
• Automatic Sections Indexing.
• Corner adjustment by push buttons.
