E-Z LOK, a leading manufacturer and master distributor of threaded inserts for metal, plastic, and wood applications, has appointed NorthStar Sales & Marketing as its new sales representative firm for the Southeastern U.S. territory. Based in Middleburg, Florida, NorthStar will cover Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
NorthStar Sales & Marketing is headed by Mickey Matheny, a seasoned professional with 50 years of fastener industry experience. Matheny, who studied Business at Georgia State, began his career at Allied International and later held senior roles, including Director of the Mill Division at Heads and Threads International. Since founding NorthStar Sales & Marketing in 2009, Matheny has earned recognition, including the 2024 Independent Fastener Rep of the Year award from WorldWide Fastenersources.com.
In his new role, Matheny will promote E-Z LOK’s full product line while providing client support, training, and cultivating new sales opportunities throughout the Southeast. His extensive regional experience and industry knowledge are expected to bolster E-Z LOK’s growth in this competitive market.
