Expo Mueble International adopts virtual meetings as a way forward

 Tuesday, February 23, 2021

When face to face meetings are still not safe, Expo Mueble International is planning a virtual business meeting platform from March 10-12, 2021. For three days, suppliers and buyers will have the opportunities to participate in Expo Mueble International to hold business meetings in a completely digital format.

Companies can participate as a buyer or an exhibitor.

Manufacturers, wholesale distributors and importers are expected to take part as suppliers. Participating buyers will be from furniture, interior design, hotel, construction and real estate firms. Registration is open until March 9. The matchmaking process will be February 15 to March 11. And business meeting will be held March 10, 11 and 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A virtual business meeting platform allows suppliers and buyers to hold business meetings quickly and efficiently. Before the event, buyers and suppliers create a detailed business profile of their company and, later using keywords and key categories in a matchmaking period, participants find the ideal suppliers and buyers to make and develop new business opportunities and connections.

A virtual business meeting platform is having business appointments face to face, one to one and remotely via digital with potential clients. A virtual expo is a graphic and digital representation of a fair, it can be from a gallery to a 3D replica of a commercial stand.
