Fabuwood has announced that it has received Most Loved Workplace Certification from the Best Practice Institute, recognising organisations where employees report strong positive sentiment, shared values and a meaningful connection with their work. The certification is based on the Love of Workplace Index (LOWI), which evaluates the employee experience and workplace culture.

The assessment is structured around five key SPARK dimensions: Systemic Collaboration, Positive Vision of the Future, Alignment of Values, Respect and Killer Achievement. Together, these criteria examine how organisations foster collaboration, communicate their vision, align workplace values, support employees and recognise achievement.

Fabuwood is an industry-leading, semi-custom cabinetry company offering premium solutions for every room in the home. Headquartered at its 1-million-square-foot manufacturing facility in Newark, New Jersey, the company has grown through a commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and its people, and continues to invest in the workplace culture that supports that growth.

“Fabuwood has grown tremendously over the years, but what we are most excited about is the team we’ve built along the way,” said Joel Epstein, CEO of Fabuwood. “Our people are behind every idea, every innovation and every cabinet that leaves our facility. Creating a workplace where they feel valued, heard, challenged and passionate about what we’re building together has always been incredibly important to us. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects how our employees feel about being a part of our team at Fabuwood.”

That workplace philosophy is reflected in Fabuwood’s InFocus movement, which originated from a simple initiative: keeping phones out of meetings to promote focused participation, stronger collaboration and more meaningful interpersonal connections. What began as an internal practice has since developed into a wider distraction-free approach that Fabuwood promotes both within the workplace and in everyday interactions beyond it.
