Felder Group USA launches Vertical Beam Saw KV 925 for improved efficiency and productivity. The robust, compact and precise vertical beam saw guarantees highest precision on the smallest of footprints.
Easy operation, powerful and up to 2 ²³/₆₄” (60 mm) cutting depth guarantee a wide range of applications of the vertical beam saw in any workshop. This new machine comes with numerous premium equipment features, such as the status display, the automatically deflecting support grid, or the pneumatic locking of the saw carriage.
FELDER KV 925 is available in the following sizes-
• KV 925 S: 62 ⁶³/₆₄” x 98 ²⁷/₆₄” (1600 x 2500 mm)
• KV 925 M: 74 ⁵¹/₆₄” x 125 ⁶³/₆₄” (1900 x 3200 mm)
• KV 925 L: 86 ³⁹/₆₄” x 165 ²³/₆₄” (2200 x 4200 mm)
• KV 925 XL: 86 ³⁹/₆₄” x 208 ²¹/₃₂” (2200 x 5300 mm)
This innovative product has a powerful 3 kW motor and a saw blade diameter of 9 ²⁷/₃₂” (250 mm) (optionally with the scoring unit) and 2 ²³/₆₄” (60 mm) cutting depth. It has an automatic movable back wall for horizontal cuts. The distance holders move automatically in height to avoid being damaged by the saw blade. The changing colors of the innovative LED concept, which makes the various machine states easily visible make the machine more unique. The vertical Felder beam saw also owns an integrated, powerful TRC dust extraction. Dust emissions are considerably below 1 mg/m³.
The optional available professional package includes horizontal as well as vertical pneumatic locking system of the saw carriage with two digital measure displays and horizontal strip fence. This increases both the general ease of operation and the process reliability of the saw. The precise stainless steel work piece available supports offer a solid support for daily work in the shop.
The Vertical Beam Saw KV 925 has a user friendly and well-organized control panel designed for maximum operating comfort. The continuous center support maximizes flexible processing, regardless of strip length.
