Felder Group USA introduces the revolutionary FORMAT 4 V-Motion vacuum panel lifter. It facilitates the transport of almost all panel materials within the workshop. It is also useful for permeable materials. This well developed vacuum panel lifter can lift panels up to 250 kg both vertically and horizontally. The pneumatic tilting function from 0-90° enables flexible application for all requirements. To ease the lifting of permeable materials (MDF over 8mm thickness) a reinforced vacuum ejector is installed.
A common control unit houses the operating elements for the hoist and for the vacuum lifter. This makes the processing of the system quite easy as it can be handled single handedly. A frequency converter can be used for the smooth lifting and lowering of the panel. The integrated safety function protects against unintentional release of the panel.
