This Felder brushing machine is solidly built and the heavy machine chassis ensures absolute stability. The single–sided aggregate mounting makes it easy to process extra–wide work pieces. 400 mm working width and the variable through–feed height that can be adjusted from 3 to 200 mm allow a wide range of different work piece dimensions. The single–sided aggregate mounting allows even extra–wide work pieces to be processed. The feed speed can be variably adjusted between 2.5 and 10 m/min and is perfect for optimum working results on variable wood types.

Basic Details-
• The height for both brushing aggregates is conveniently and precisely adjusted from 3 to 200 mm by means of a handwheel with read–off optics; the fine adjustment of the second aggregate can be adjusted separately.
• Maximum stability is offered by the solid machine base-frame of structura brushing machine.
• The first unit is equipped with a powerful 4 hp motor and a steel brush (Ø = 190 mm) in its standard version. It runs in synchronization with the work piece infeed.
• The second unit features a powerful 4 hp motor and is equipped with a Tynex brush (Ø = 190 mm) in its standard version. It runs in the reverse direction to the work piece infeed.
• Separate extraction of each brush aggregate results to excellent extraction
• For optimum working results, the second brush aggregate can be adjusted separately in height.
