RV interior component producer Genesis Products Inc. has announced substantial leadership changes aimed at fortifying its product strategy, broadening category innovation, and setting up the business for sustained growth in the RV industry. Phyllis Beyers will be leaving Genesis Products following a fruitful term as Product Manager for Decorative Surfaces.
Beyers was instrumental in expanding the company’s decorative surface products and forging solid alliances with suppliers and clients. Phyllis’s contributions are appreciated by Genesis, who also wishes her luck in her future pursuits.
In addition to her present position as Vice President of Marketing & Development, Erin Curtis has been named Vice President of Decorative Surfaces. With an emphasis on teamwork and long-term value generation, Curtis brings a wealth of experience to this extended role, including strength in customer interaction, trend leading, and product planning. Curtis will spearhead initiatives to improve performance, quality, and design throughout its portfolio of ornamental surfaces.
Joel Eberlein, who just joined Genesis Products, will take on the position of Vice President-Product, managing RV Cabinet Doors & Components, Passage Doors, Countertops, and Composite Products as part of the company’s developing product organization. Eberlein will drive product direction, category excellence, and operational alignment for these critical product lines. He is in a good position to lead these teams because of his experience in product management, operational optimization, and industry innovation.
With an emphasis on execution, product development, and customer service, Nic Bontrager will remain in his position as Product Manager, reporting to Eberlein and assisting with the cabinet doors and components portfolio. “These organizational updates reflect our commitment to building strong, focused leadership in each of our core categories,” said Jon Wenger, CEO of Genesis Products. He continued, “Erin’s expanded role and Joel’s leadership in our door and components business strengthen our ability to innovate, support customers, and pursue growth with clarity and confidence. We are grateful for Phyllis’s many contributions and wish her continued success.”
