With the TECTRA series beam saws, HOLZ-HER has introduced a new era in precision cutting. The new TECTRA panel saws offer a saw blade projection of up to 95.
Three versions of the TECTRA are available: front loading, with lifting table for efficient stack cutting, and the dynamic equipped for loading with the new HOLZ-HER StoreMaster storage system. TECTRA series offers precision technology with ground linear guides on the saw carriage, pusher fence and floating clamps.
With the TECTRA 6120 lift, charging is possible using an integrated lifting table system or on the TECTRA 6120 power, direct charging to the machine from a horizontal storage facility. For maximum performance requirements, the TECTRA 6120 dynamic model allows the pressure beam saw to be charged with new panels from storage even while the previous cutting operation is still in progress, without interrupting the current sawing cycle.
A state-of-the-art 21.5″ monitor offers a clear image of all machine functions including maximum space for label printer, keyboard and order documents.
EASY-PLAN and OPTI-CUT Optimization Software: The standard software for perfect optimization of long cutting lists includes material management. Uncomplicated data transfer from third-party software or from other sources ensures maximum security for one’s investment.
