IPCO’s technological platform, which includes web handling, coating, laminating, embossing, and calendaring equipment, increases its presence in important industries, particularly those that prioritize sustainability. It also enhances IPCO’s film casting and double-belt press offerings.
Through the acquisition, IPCO will be capable of offering a wide range of presses, film casting, and web handling solutions, thereby becoming a turnkey supplier of processing equipment. It anticipates accelerating New Era’s growth by utilizing its robust sales, service, and support capabilities in 25 countries.
