The CleenSweep® System automates the entire trailer cleanout process, replacing outdated manual methods such as tarps, brooms, and leaf blowers. During unloading, the system uses a tarp that moves smoothly along the inside of the trailer, sweeping residual material towards the discharge point. Once the load is cleared, operators can retract and reset the tarp with just a button press, supporting quicker turnaround times and enhanced operational efficiency.
Particularly effective for materials such as wood shavings, sawdust, and other bulk products used in the woodworking industry, the CleenSweep® system works seamlessly with the KEITH WALKING FLOOR® system to prevent cross-contamination between loads. By eliminating the need for workers to manually install tarps or enter trailers during cleanout, the system reduces exposure to dangerous accidents, including the risk of accidental burial during loading.
The system’s safety benefits extend to reducing workers’ compensation claims and insurance premiums by preventing injuries. Additionally, for WALKING FLOOR® trailers used on tipping platforms, an optional lock kit secures the tarp inside the trailer during tipping, ensuring smooth operation without compromising safety. A spring-brake design maintains proper tension, ensuring long-term durability and dependable performance.
