KOMO introduces new Flex Series of CNC Routers

 Tuesday, February 20, 2018

komoKomo Machine, Inc is excited to announce the introduction of the new FLEX Series – KOMO quality at an affordable price.

The FLEX Series is the newest generation of CNC routers from Komo Machine that offers high value and superior performance at a budget-friendly price. Ideal for use in composite, wood and metal industries, The FLEX and FLEX TT are the most economically priced machines in the KOMO product line.
The FLEX is offered in single table and twin-table configurations. Both models feature a four-pole, 18HP (13.5kw), 24,000 RPM, HSK 63F, fan-cooled spindle, a 12-position automatic tool changer with aggregate capability, air blast for optimal dust/chip evacuation and cooling of the cutting tool, and advanced Fanuc HVI servo system tuned for optimum acceleration and deceleration.

Also included is a tool touch-off device with automatic tool data uploading, Fanuc Panel i control with integrated PC and a universal grid fixture table available in composite (standard) or aluminum (option). A pressurized automatic centralized lubrication system keeps your machine running smoothly. And that’s not all – the KOMO Production Manager and Machine Monitoring software and a 19″ touch screen display are also standard.

Whether taking a first step into CNC routing productivity or upgrading existing capabilities, the investment is considerable. Before making any decisions, KOMO offers customers the opportunity to visit their headquarters in Lakewood, NJ to experience a demo run of one’s parts on KOMO equipment and a demonstration of real-time performance capabilities. The FLEX Series is up and running in the demo room now, and is planned to be showcased at the International Woodworking Fair this August in Atlanta.
