Lexington Manufacturing, one of the large-scale producers of components for key brands in window and doors, recently enriched their team with three new managers, namely, Steve Bloch, Jake Bickell, and Jim Bouma, at its operations in Brainerd and Coon Rapids, MN, and improved quality of performance.
The brand Lexington is a full-service window, door and structural millwork component parts supplier, that provides a wide variety of machining and fabrication services to meet specific customer needs.
Steve Bloch is the project manager in Product Development at the Coon Rapids operation.
Jim Bouma interim plant manager for 16 months, will now oversee the C1 site permanently as Plant Manager. He began at Lexington 20 years ago as a machine operator, progressing to lead operation, and then production supervisor.
Jake Bickell was named C3 Plant Manager. After joining Lexington 19 years ago as a machine operator, he progressed to manufacturing lead, production supervisor, project manager, and process engineer.
