LP Building Solutions, a leading manufacturer of high-performance building products, has announced the immediate appointment of Kaycee Casteel as Vice President of Human Resources.
“Kaycee has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of our business,” said LP President Jason Ringblom. “Her experience managing HR across corporate and operational areas, shaping talent strategies, and guiding enterprise initiatives positions her exceptionally well to support LP’s continued growth.”
In her new role, Casteel will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including workforce strategy, labor law compliance, company policies, and talent management, encompassing recruitment, retention, and succession planning. This promotion centralizes HR leadership under one executive, in line with LP’s companywide integration strategy launched in 2025.
Since joining LP in 2018, Casteel has progressed through a series of HR roles with expanding responsibilities, including Corporate HR Director, OSB HR Director, and most recently, HR Director for Commercial, Corporate, and Strategic HR Functions. She has effectively led teams and implemented programs that align HR strategy with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Casteel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University.
