Another key advantage is the direct dust extraction during the sanding process. When paired with mesh abrasives, this feature effectively prevents clogging, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish while significantly prolonging the abrasives’ service life.
The machine is ideal for sanding MDF panels – whether for subsequent foil coating or a lacquered surface – as well as for solid wood frame panels where cross scratches from previous wide belt sanding need to be removed.
