MEM Industrial 2023 once again strengthen the Mexican wood processing and furniture manufacturing industry. As one of the leading trade fairs, MEM Industrial reunited the industry between March 7-9, and attracted business on site for more of 190 million pesos and gathered 4 thousand 500 visitors on the exhibition floor and professional buyers, which represented an increase of 15% with respect to the number of visitors to the 2022 edition.
Furniture manufacturers, carpenters, cabinetmakers, designers, wholesalers and architects attended the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City for 3 days to exchange experiences, consolidate business and update on the latest trends of the wood and furniture transformation industry.
MEM Industrial 2023 attracted visitors and professional buyers from 30 states of the Mexican Republic and more than 10 countries like the United States, China, Guatemala, Colombia, Turkey, Honduras, Chile, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. Hendrik Engelking, Global Director of LIGNA, the most important global fair for the wood and furniture industry organized by Deutsche Messe AG in Hannover, Germany, was present at the inauguration of MEM Industrial 2023.

In parallel to MEM Industrial 2023, workshops, conferences and the fourth edition of Makers for Good, Make-a-ton, a creative marathon that seeks to support entrepreneurs, artists, architects, engineers, carpenters or craftsmen to design, prototype, manufacture, fund and launch their products to the furniture market in Mexico.
