With effect from March 2025, Deckorators has appointed Michelle Hendricks as director of marketing at Deckorators, the industry leader in fashionable and long-lasting composite decking and accessories. According to the company, Hendricks joined UFP Industries over six years ago and has since played a significant role in Deckorators’ continued success. By 2021, Hendricks had advanced from category marketing specialist to category marketing manager at Deckorators, UFP Industries Inc.’s composite decking brand.
The debut and expansion of the brand’s mineral-based Surestone technology, which is the only product of its kind in the competitive category, was one of the many business aspects she oversaw during this time. This technology has been essential in increasing sales and market share. Furthermore, Hendricks has spearheaded the expansion of Deckorators’ contractor network, growing it from 500 to more than 1,500 licensed professionals across the country. To assist homeowners in realizing the full potential of their outdoor areas, these skilled contractors make use of Deckorators’ expanding line of leading-edge decking solutions.
