MITER Brands, a leading manufacturer of residential windows and doors, has successfully completed the acquisition of PGT Innovations, a premier manufacturer of highly engineered and technically advanced windows and doors.
The acquisition combines two of the industry’s most innovative and customer-focused companies as they combine under a shared vision to build the most valued window and door brand in America. MITER Brands, known for its operational excellence and exceptional service, and PGT Innovations, with its impact-resistant technology and advanced manufacturing capabilities, are now poised to accelerate innovation, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach.

The acquisition was financed in part by an equity investment from an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC (“KED”), an existing investor in MITER Brands.
