The wood products company MJB Wood Group LLC issued a Letter of Intent to purchase Adornus Cabinetry LLC, a well-known distributor and producer of frameless bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Through the integration of Adornus’ ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry expertise, this strategic acquisition expands MJB’s portfolio and is consistent with the company’s dedication to innovation, quality, and expansion in the woodworking and cabinetry industries. By the end of June 2025, the deal should be completed, subject to normal approvals. The agreement’s specifics were not disclosed. Ranking 26 on the list of leading North American producers of wood products, MJB Wood Products is an FDMC 300-listed business.
