Molplus appoints new team members improves performance

Terrell Winstead has been appointed as the new president for the Molpus Woodlands Group. He will soon join in the position and take responsibility from August 1, 2022. Bob Lyle will transfer the day to day job to him. He will however, continue working as Special Advisor to the President, as well as continue to serve as a member of its board, its investment committee, and as managing broker for its real estate activities.


The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC, an SEC is a registered investment adviser. They are one of the oldest companies in the wood industry who simultaneous take investments for timber related activities and manage the programs. They also acquire and sell timberland as an investment vehicle for pension funds, college endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and high-net-worth individual investors.

Previously Winstead has served as Molplus’s Executive Vice President. He was appointed as longtime CFO. The company has also recruited a couple of new people in several designations. These new recruitment will be effective from August 1, 2022. Below give are the designations.

Tyler Rosamond, CFO, Michael Cooper, Senior Director of Client Relations and Business Development;and Ken Sewell, Chief Operating Officer, have been promoted to additional positions as Executive Vice President within Molpus. Also, George Dahduh has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development.
