New era for CAMaster assets as production restarts under fresh branding

 Tuesday, March 10, 2026

CAMaster

Electrical engineer and contractor Marcus Daiber has acquired the assets of CAMaster and plans to restart CNC machine production under a new brand, TruAxis. The initial focus will be fulfilling orders from customers impacted by CAMaster’s closure.

Daiber stated that the only change will be the branding, with no alterations to the machines themselves. He acquired CAMaster’s assets in mid-January and is gearing up to resume manufacturing operations this spring. The first phase of production will concentrate on the Stinger line of CNC machines, with manufacturing set to begin in April, followed by the Panther and Cobra Elite models in the coming months.

“We are committed to supporting existing customers with their ongoing machine needs. As part of that commitment, we are currently completing orders for customers who had placed deposits prior to the closure,” Daiber said in a statement. “While we recognize that we cannot fully offset the impact of the business closure on all affected parties, we are actively working with customers to minimize their losses wherever possible.” Daiber added.

In addition to resuming production, TruAxis is committed to assisting customers affected by CAMaster’s October liquidation. Daiber stated that around 20 to 25 customers who had made deposits prior to the closure will be given priority in fulfilling their machine orders and ensuring timely delivery.

TruAxis will run from the original CAMaster facility in Georgia. The company is providing support services for existing CAMaster machines through a customer support line and online portal.

Daiber said the new company also plans to exhibit at the upcoming International Woodworking Fair, where the new brand will be formally introduced to the industry.
