The new RK controllers are designed to enhance the ease of operation, offering users an intuitive interface and advanced monitoring features. The integration of the dryer package into the RK Series significantly reduces the need for complex piping and electrical connections typically associated with standalone dryers. This efficient design saves valuable floor space and reduces installation costs, ensuring a more streamlined setup.
PneuTech’s compact models, ranging from 5-20 hp (19.9–73.8 CFM), are designed for ease of use and come equipped with a digital dewpoint indicator and electronic dryer controller. These features monitor the compressed air’s dewpoint and manage the condensate drain, guaranteeing high air quality and reliable operation.
Enhanced Serviceability and Safety Features
The RK Series prioritizes serviceability with an easily removable panel that provides quick access to key dryer components. This design makes maintenance tasks like cleaning condenser coils and performing repairs quicker and safer. Additionally, each model includes a service valve between the receiver tank and the dryer module for safe maintenance or repair procedures.
PneuTech’s commitment to efficiency extends to the condensate management system. The single-point condensate drain connects effortlessly to the system using a 1⁄4” line, while the washable cabinet filter, standard on all RK Series compressors, helps prolong filter life and reduce maintenance needs.
Unmatched Air Quality with Long-Term Durability
The RK Fixed Speed Rotary Screw Air Compressors feature an oversized air-oil separator tank and element, ensuring effective three-stage separation with less than 3 ppm oil carryover and a pressure drop of less than 0.02 bar. The compressors use Mann filtration to maintain the highest air quality standards.
To further support reliability, PneuTech offers a 5-Year Warranty on major components, such as the air end, oil sump tank, electric motor(s), air cooler, and oil cooler. Each unit also comes with a 1-Year Warranty, excluding regular maintenance.
