Premiere Finishing & Coating has substantially enhanced its capabilities by building two additional production lines for cabinetry, doors, frames, moldings, panels, and other millwork. This strategic move comes after twenty-one years of catering to the custom floor finishing services, flex capacity, and turnkey solutions to the hardwood flooring industry. Cabinet components, doors, frames, moldings, panels, and anything else that doesn’t fit on the Flat Line can all be handled by the new Makor reciprocating Spray Line/Oven combination. It is adaptable and ideal for any 3D spray need, no matter how big or tiny.
The UV Panel Line is equipped with six roll coaters, a filler machine, denibbers, Miltec UV lamps, and an in-line sealer sander. Depending on the desired color and finish, it can be finished clear, stained, opaque, or primed. According to a statement from the corporation, “Whatever color and finish is necessary.”
An automated trolley loader/unloader with an extremely user-friendly spraying machine makes up the automatic spraying system. It is specifically made to spray doors on both faces simultaneously (a practical option for “just-in-time” production) and profiles on trays, all at a very reasonable cost. For completing small series of production without operators, it is the best option. The machine’s construction is “all inclusive” in design and takes up little floor area. It has an oscillating arm with a rapid coupling system.
A wide range of finished wood flooring products and tile coating services are produced, marketed, and provided by Premiere Finishing & Coating. The company is based in Reidsville, North Carolina, and runs out of a 75,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility. This facility is home to a cutting-edge flatline wood prefinishing operation and an unrivaled tile coating process. A high abrasion finish and a UV oil-like finish are the two main finish options that Premieres Wood Prefinishing Flatline is set up to offer.
