Remsoft has announced leadership changes that strengthen the company’s focus on customer success, solution innovation and market growth.
Doug Jones, currently Senior Vice President, has been appointed President. Alan MacAulay has taken on the role of Vice President Services and People; and Don Spencer, expands his technology leadership role to become Vice President, Product Development and Innovation.
Jones has led Remsoft’s solution innovation and expansion into global markets, including Europe and South America. In his new role as President, he takes on top and bottom-line responsibility for both Remsoft Inc. and Remsoft Ltda., with oversight of sales and marketing.
“Doug has impacted every aspect of our business operations and market development in his more than 20-year career with Remsoft,” said Andrea Feunekes, Remsoft CEO. “He has earned the confidence of our clients and executive team with his collaborative approach and keen understanding of forest industry trends.”
MacAulay brings deep operational and technical experience to his new service and HR leadership role. He will build on the strength of Remsoft’s service delivery, driving an even greater focus on team development and client success.
Spencer has led software development for Remsoft’s portfolio of analytics and business intelligence applications on both desktop and cloud platforms. In his new role, he will ensure that product management and development are well aligned and focused on meeting client needs and profitability targets.
