Stiles Machinery to showcase advanced woodworking technologies and automation solutions at IWF 2026

Stiles Machinery is preparing to present one of its most comprehensive technology displays at the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) 2026, scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, from August 25 to 28. The company will demonstrate an extensive portfolio of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and production solutions designed to support woodworking manufacturers of every size.

The exhibition will highlight equipment and services that address current production challenges while helping manufacturers improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term business growth. Company specialists, technical experts, equipment suppliers, and manufacturing consultants will be available throughout the event to provide individual consultations and conduct live equipment demonstrations.

The company’s primary exhibit will be located in Booths B4835 and B4853 in Exhibit Hall B. Visitors will be introduced to technologies that support manufacturers ranging from small custom woodworking businesses to large-scale industrial production facilities.

According to Stiles Machinery, the exhibit has been designed to demonstrate how automation can be implemented across different production environments while providing a practical upgrade path as businesses expand.

In addition to its main exhibition space, the company will participate alongside its HOMAG Group partners, including Kallesoe, System TM, and WEINMANN, at Booth A9840 in Exhibit Hall A. This collaborative exhibit will form part of the International Woodworking Fair’s Mass Timber and Prefabricated Construction Products Showcase.

The dedicated display will focus on technologies supporting the expanding engineered wood sector.

Equipment for radio frequency pressing will be featured. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) presses will be demonstrated. Glulam pressing technologies will also be showcased. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore solutions developed for off-site wall panel manufacturing and prefabricated construction.

Barry Kellar, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stiles Machinery and HOMAG Americas, said manufacturers attending the exhibition are seeking practical solutions that remove obstacles to business growth.

He explained that companies across the industry are focused on making strategic investments that deliver measurable returns while supporting future expansion.

Kellar noted that businesses should prioritize technologies that improve productivity today while remaining capable of supporting future operational requirements. He added that these principles apply equally to small woodworking shops and high-volume manufacturing plants operating multiple production shifts.

More than 60 machines and manufacturing technologies are expected to be displayed during the exhibition.

The product lineup will represent a broad range of woodworking applications.

CNC routing technologies will be presented from HOMAG, Greda, Comec, and Heian.

Sawing and panel dividing equipment will be supplied by HOMAG and Innovator.

Edgebanding systems from HOMAG and Vector Contour will also be demonstrated.

Visitors will be able to examine drilling and dowel insertion equipment developed by HOMAG.

Additional finishing technologies will include sanding, coating, and veneering solutions from Makor, Venjakob, Heesemann, Alpha Brush, Kuper, and Innovator.

Industrial robotics and manufacturing automation will also receive significant attention. Technologies from HOMAG and Automatech Robotik will demonstrate how automated production can improve consistency while reducing manual labor requirements.

Digital manufacturing software will also be featured through solutions including Cut Rite and HOMAG iX.

The exhibition will include machinery designed specifically for growing woodworking businesses through the IRONWOOD product range.

Solid wood processing technologies from KENTWOOD, Vertongen, Salvador, System TM, MiCROTEC, and OSI will also be available for demonstration.

Solutions supporting mass timber manufacturing and off-site construction will further expand the range of applications presented during the event.

Ahead of the exhibition, Stiles Machinery has begun introducing selected technologies that will be demonstrated during IWF 2026.

One of the featured product categories is CNC routing and drilling.

Among the new introductions is the HOMAG CENTATEQ N-300 Classic.

The redesigned nested-based CNC platform will make its exhibition debut during IWF 2026. The machine has been customized in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to meet the production requirements of growing woodworking operations.

Another featured solution is the HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-310.

The compact vertical CNC processing center occupies only 11 square feet of floor space while providing drilling, routing, and grooving capabilities for manufacturers seeking space-efficient production equipment.

The Greda SPRINTER 1212 R1CU will also be presented.

The five-axis machining center has been developed to perform milling, drilling, mortising, tenoning, and pantographing operations within a single production cycle.

Panel processing technologies will also be highlighted.

The HOMAG SAWTEQ S-300 horizontal beam saw will be paired with the STORETEQ F-100 material handling system. Together, the integrated solution is designed to improve production efficiency while reducing labor requirements for craft shops and small-batch manufacturers.

The HOMAG SAWTEQ S-300 flexTec will also be demonstrated.

The automated saw-and-robot system has been engineered for batch-size-one production and supports manufacturers processing a wide variety of products within limited floor space.

Edgebanding technologies remain another major focus of the exhibition.

The HOMAG EDGETEQ S-200 FC Auto will be displayed as a compact solution delivering precise edge processing in a space-saving footprint.

The larger HOMAG EDGETEQ S-500 has been developed for industrial furniture production. During the exhibition, it will operate alongside the LOOPTEQ O-400 return system to demonstrate an automated edgebanding cell that minimizes manual handling while maximizing production efficiency.

The redesigned Vector Contour Revolution 180 contour edgebander will also make its IWF debut.

Its updated coil assembly allows internal cutouts measuring as small as 500 millimeters to be processed while supporting faster band changes and improved production consistency.
