Schattdecor and American Adhesive Coatings Company (AACC) have recently entered into a new collaboration regarding adhesive and decor paper.

BillerudKorsnäs has entered into a merger agreement with Verso Corporation (Verso) under which BillerudKorsnäs has agreed to acquire Verso, one of the leading producers of coated papers in North America, for a purchase price of approximately USD 825 million in cash.
