Thermwood to showcase AI-powered products at AWFS Fair

 Wednesday, July 19, 2023

The AWFS Fair 2023 edition is about a week away, and the industry honchos are all set to represent their best this time. Thermwood Corporation is also gearing up to demonstrate two systems back-to-back. And the most interesting part is that these systems are all AI-powered.

They will have the AI-powered Cut Ready Cut Center and the heavy-duty Model 45 5’*10′ machining LIVE on-site in booth #1723. So, don’t miss the opportunity to witness the greatest future of CNC technology and explore the latest innovations offered by Thermwood. It is a great chance to explore why Thermwood Corporation is the industry leader, pushing boundaries with groundbreaking innovation.

Cut Ready Cut Center

Experience the award-winning Cut Ready Cut Center at AWFS; This remarkable technology utilizes cutting-edge artificial intelligence to enable the effortless creation of a wide range of products typically made by cabinet shops without programming.

Using the easy touch-screen interface, one can simply instruct the machine what they want to develop—cabinets, furniture, doors, drawers, moldings, stair stringers, and more—and watch as the Cut Center brings it to life. It can also be operated as a traditional CNC router.

Designed for ease of use, the Cut Center requires no programming and is seamlessly integrated into a self-sufficient package that practically runs itself.

Model 45 5’x10′

We will also be machining solid wood, aluminum, and plywood sheet stock on Model 45. The heavy-duty Model 45 is designed for various functions, including machining rotary operations, when equipped with their optional C-Axis. It expands the capability of this already useful machine to include volutes, carvings, chair parts, stair components, and much more.

Thermwood will be demonstrating live on both machines during the show and operating an eCabinet Systems kiosk. Our eCabinet Systems expert will design nested-based applications on the fly to send to the Model 45 to be machined.

In addition to our Cut Center live demonstrations, we will also have two Cut Ready kiosks, where you can explore the software and see just how easy it is to design most things a cabinet shop would want to make.

Visitors can talk with a Thermwood representative at the booth to learn more about these powerful and affordable additions!
