Tim Yaggi – the new President and CEO for Pella Window and Door

PellaCorporateOfficeWindow and door manufacturer Pella Corp. has nominated Tim Yaggi as its new president and CEO. He replaces former CEO Pat Meyer, who left the window and door manufacturing giant in October after the board decided new leadership was needed. Founded in 1925 and headquartered in Pella, Iowa, Pella Corp. designs and manufactures made-to-order and custom windows, doors, blinds and shades and services for residential and commercial buildings. The company has 11 manufacturing locations throughout the United States. Pella Corp. includes EFCO Corp., a manufacturer of architectural windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and entry systems designed for commercial construction, and Grabill Windows & Doors Inc., designer, and manufacturer of custom luxury windows and doors for elite properties.

 

Yaggi recently held positions as COO, CEO and interim president at Tempur Sealy International, the world’s largest bedding provider. Prior to that he served as MASCO Corp. Group President of the North America Builder Group, where he oversaw a portfolio of seven independent companies with 15,000 employees. Yaggi also held senior management positions at Whirlpool Corp.

 

Yaggi will be responsible to handle Pella from May 9. “As I begin my new role, I will be focused on leveraging our solid competitive advantages and talented team to build upon Pella’s strong brand and product innovation pipeline as we continually focus on enhancing value for Pella customers,” Yaggi said.

 

“We conducted an extensive, nationwide search focused on finding a proven leader with profound experience, a strong commitment to profitable growth, and who shared our culture and values,” commented Board chair Adam Farver served as interim CEO while the company searched for a replacement.. “Tim has demonstrated the ability to create value and drive sustained business results as well as build high-performing teams.” he further concluded.
